●2-Phase Digital Method:
Simultaneously detects the signal's “in-phase component (X)” and “quadrature component (Y)”, enabling real-time calculation and display of the signal's “amplitude (R)” and “phase (θ)”. This eliminates the need for manual phase adjustment, significantly improving experimental efficiency.
●Key Specifications:
・Frequency Range: 0.5Hz to 200kHz. Covers ultra-low frequencies through audio and ultrasonic bands.
Voltage Sensitivity: 100nV (nanosvolts) full scale. Accurately captures minute voltage changes.
・Dynamic Reserve: Up to 110dB. High filter performance enables clear extraction of the target signal even when noise exceeds 100,000 times the signal level.
・Control: Standard GPIB / RS-232C interfaces support automated measurement from a PC.
