This device precisely extracts minute signals (in the nanovolt range) buried within extremely high noise levels by synchronizing them with a reference signal. It serves as the standard instrument for measurements demanding extreme signal-to-noise ratios, such as physical property analysis, materials research, and micro-impedance measurement.

●2-Phase Digital Method:
Simultaneously detects and processes both the “in-phase component (X)” and “quadrature component (Y)” of a signal. This enables real-time, instantaneous calculation and display of the signal's amplitude (R) and phase (θ). It minimizes manual phase adjustment, allowing for efficient measurement.

●Key Specifications:
・Frequency Range: 0.5Hz to 200kHz. Covers a wide range from low to high frequencies.
Voltage Sensitivity: 100nV (nanosvolts) full scale (10nV when meter is enlarged).
・Dynamic Reserve: Up to 110dB. Clearly separates and extracts the desired signal even when noise (interference) exceeding 100,000 times the signal level is present.
・Auto-Set Functions: Features Auto Phase, Auto Gain, and Auto Tuning.
