Equipment
- No remodel nor change shall have been made to the equipment.
- * Video call shall be held and allow TAKIHARA Co., Ltd. to check the equipment operation over the video call.
Payment
- 50% in advance after passing calibration, and 50 % upon receipt.
Exceptions may apply upon individual consultation.
Packing
- Packing shall be securely done.
- * Packing condition shall be shown to TAKIHARA Co., Ltd. by photos or a video before shipping.
Shipping
- Shipping shall be done on the Fedex international Economy on TAKIHARA’s Fedex account #.
Fedex International Priority may also be specified by TAKIHARA Co., Ltd. depending on the situation.
Exceptions may apply upon individual consultation.
- Both the model name and serial number shall be included in the shipping information. (This is in order to avoid being charged double taxes and duties when returning for repair.)
If damage occurred on the equipment but not on its outer carton, the damage is deemed to have been caused by improper packaging, and the seller shall bear its repair costs and round-trip shipping costs. If the equipment is not repairable, seller shall bear its full refund
